Kirsty is the Dermatology Research Registrar at Liverpool Hospital. She has a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Medical Science from University of Newcastle, and a Masters of Medicine (Clinical Epidemiology) from the University of Sydney. She has a research interest in inflammatory skin diseases, particularly hidradenitis suppurativa. She has applied for the Australasian College of Dermatologists Training Program for the 2020 intake.
